Drs are great
Had chronic pain, called and was able to speak with a Dr who advised visit to A&E. Excellent follow-up care afterwards. Last two appointments have been booked online and for evening slots which has been incredibly useful. Found the staff very friendly and helpful.

Very thorough and with compassion
I havent been to the Practice in years but needed to do so this week. I met with a trainee Doctor who was good, caring and thorough and recommended follow up checks. They were booked immediately and I have to commend the Healthcare Assistant for their dilligence and support and for the second doctor for a very thorough consultation and with so much compassion and kindness. This is an unusual review as I am a Practice Manager elsewhere and we always look out for anything to criticise; I left feeling cared and supported and I thank you for this.

really good surgery
it seems a lot of people have had bad experiences using this surgery but my experience has been really good. I have a 1 year old and every time I have needed to speak to a doctor, I have gotten an appointment mostly on the same day. There have been the odd times when I couldn't get a same day appointment but that's not the norm. Whenever i have called the surgery, I have always been able to get through to someone within a few minutes. The only issues I have had has been when I asked for a telephone appointment rather than having to go in person, so I don't bother with that any more.

Very good GP Practice
I have lived in Catford since 1997 and been a patient of this practice since October 2007 when I moved to the catchment area.
I have always had a good experience with the practice and I wanted to write about my visit yesterday (Friday 2nd September 2016).
I have been unwell for a number of days and initially I have been trying to care for myself at home using over the counter medicines after consulting the helpline 111. I decided after six days that I should really see a Doctor.
At 2pm I logged on to the online booking system (patient access) and found an appointment for 1700. I booked this appointment.
I arrived at the Surgery at 1655 and was greeted by the nice nurse who usually takes my blood. they checked me in and gave me a print out of my blood test results. I was told that I was the next patient in.
At around 1710 the screen beeped and in I was called to room “Eucalyptus”.
The Doctor who I have seen before was brilliant. Very caring and understanding of the problems I had been experiencing over the last six days. They immediately organised tests without any fuss and also prepared a referral letter on the spot.
I did not feel rushed at all and I was very happy with the care and thoroughness of the Consultation.
Thanks again Woodlands Health Centre for your outstanding service.

Very Good GP Surgery
I have been under one of the senior GPs at this surgery for over 30 years. I have found Woodlands to provide a very professional and efficient service. I have been using the Patient Access system over the past few months, which is fantastic. I have been able to view my medical information, book appointments suitable to my needs and there are now more evening commuter appointments, which is really helpful for full time workers. I can highly recommend this surgery.

Reception team
Very hight standard customer service skills staff. The first was very helpful and smiley to me and the second was very professional with other patients, while I was in the queue. This helps the journey enormously. Thank you.

I have been going to the Jenner for more than 30 years and have always received excellent treatment. I simply do not recognise the complaints about the receptionists. They have always treated me politely and respectfully. I suspect some patients take a more confrontational approach, but I always try to treat people in the way I would like them to treat me and it seems to be successful. The receptionists are there to help people and they do a grand job. I have never had to wait more than a couple of days for an appointment and on the rare occasions I have needed an urgent appointment, the staff have always accommodated me, although understandably, not always with my regular doctor.
